Holiday Cheese Ball

Our Holiday Cheese Ball recipe served with almonds and crackers makes any holiday party a hit!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz reduced free cream cheese
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp grated onion
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 oz dried beef, diced
  • 2 cup slivered almonds

Directions

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients and mix with an electric mixer.

  2. Add beef and mix.

  3. Form cheese into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm.

  4. Roll in silvered almonds and serve with crackers.

  5. Or add filling to mushrooms caps and bake at 375°F for approximately 20 minutes.

  6. Top with slivered almonds in the last 5 minutes.
